House of Hope Ministry strives to plant seeds of HOPE to the individuals and families that it reaches. In support of this mission, the following goals provide the blueprint for establishing our foundation and growing to serve more people and meet more needs.

#1) By July 2024 we will have developed a written, replicable HOHM People Plant Model (i.e. Blueprint) including the processes, timelines, and all the resources (financial and otherwise) necessary to establish and measure the impact of the People Plant.

Completed July 2024.

#2) By January 2025 every People Plant will be sponsored by one or more churches, businesses, or other organizations, with all financial resources and volunteers provided by those organizations.

#3) By January 2025 HOHM will create a written volunteer program that attracts, encourages, and supports volunteers by matching skills/passions to opportunities, providing regular and specific training, and consistent recognition/appreciation.

We created and presented our volunteer training in October 2024. A volunteer interest form was added to the website with avenues to address skills, passions, and different serving opportunities. Recognition and appreciation are ongoing and intentional.

#4) By January 2025 HOHM will add at least two partnerships with local businesses, schools, libraries, and/or partner organizations for each HOHM People Plant.

As of March 2025, this is true for all three current House of Hope locations.

#5) By December 2026 HOHM will be financially sustained by only a major fundraising event, monthly donors, grants, or other sources.

#6) By December 2027, HOHM will establish two new People Plants (for a total of five locations).

We are working towards launching our 4th location in the Warren area by Summer 2025.
